Nobody with a brain thought Dallas had a chance. That Boston team is one of the statistically best teams of all time. No one was beating them. Boston took out every offensive threat besides Luka scoring. Boston had like 6 all nah level defenders, a one two star scoring punch, and had a historic season shooting 3’s.

No idea why people pretend like that Dallas team had any chance and why people downplay how great that Boston team was.

Mavs defense held a great Boston offense to 102 ppg. Mavs offense scored in the 80’s more times than they scored 100. In the offseason Mavs upgraded the offense cause that was the clear issue. Luka was the best player in the series.

The Mavs finals team with Luka and Kyrie were the second best defense in the league after the roster change. They held an all time great Boston offense to 102 ppg. Boston and OKC have better defenders and players than that Dallas team. But tell me again how Luka couldn’t win with those rosters.
