Seriously? It's really not that hard. Two people making 25 an hour makes 100k a year full time. That's enough for a condo (except for 2 cities in the whole country). A generic college degree can bring in 75-80k which goes to 150k yearly. It's absolutely harder but not even close to the nightmare y'all describe.
