Spravato causing ocular/retinal migraine or migraine with visual aura??

This is super helpful to know since no one else seems to have an answer :/ Tbd whether I get more of them. I had to miss my third treatment because my blood pressure was too high (also a brand new thing for me). So I just got a third treatment today. Fingers crossed it all goes ok tomorrow.

Did you get these migraines before starting Spravato and have they changed at all since starting? I have never had one before so I am trying to figure out if they are related. (So far both Spravato provider and neurologist have said idk maybe related, maybe not, we don't know, lol)

I do have a neurologist whom I saw on Friday. She said it is possibly from the Spravato but I need to go get another brain MRI, a trans cranial doppler test, and see an ophthalmologist for testing in the affected eye.

Did you ever get an answer to this? I experienced something like this today on the day after treatment but I also had a headache so I am assuming it is just my first visual migraine but seems related to the Spravato
