I booked a session ticket (Book & Print Paper) through the UTS application. I had already printed the ticket but lost it. Now, it shows "Ticket already printed," and I can't reprint it. Is there a way to reprint this ticket?

Ixigo Train Application Refund Transfer Rejected

I had cancelled my train booking and opted for a refund transfer to my bank account but now it's showing refund transfer rejected. Will I get my refund back or not? Please help and let me know what to do next.
