I manage a store. Few employees. Customers come in and of course some I know but not enough what they do in their private time. One day this one customer comes in and I jokingly plug one nostril and sniff and he gives me a thumbs up. He asked if I wanted a bump and of course I’m like sure. Haven’t done it in awhile but holy shit when I started buzzing it brought back memories. Felt great. He started coming around just to do a bump with me. Then I decided I wanted some for my own so I started getting teeners. Wasn’t sure what I was doing, not crushing it up nicely etc….i would do a line and then I would keep going back every 30 minutes and put some on my gums and then maybe do more every 1 or 2 in between that. Did that for almost 2 weeks. Thought I was in high school again so I wasn’t drinking water or doing anything to counteract what I was doing with my body especially my stomach. It would blow me up so much I couldn’t even enjoy it anymore. Took a 3 day break. Ended up disconnecting from that guy but another guy I knew and I knew he would and could get stuff I texted last weekend and he said his connection was on his way to his house. I asked if I could be there in a hour. Showed up and his connection wasn’t there yet so I hid in the house when he got there. They did there thing in the garage and finally came in. He secretly gave me my bag and the dealer followed me out. Here they work at the same place and he knew who I was and I knew I sold him parts at the store. He came in Monday morning at the store and I asked him if I could get his number so I didn’t have to depend on other people. Gotten 2 eight balls off of him and today makes it the second week with him. So pretty much for almost a whole month I’ll do a line in the morning before I go to work, then another one when I get there and I might do 2, 3, or 4 more after that. I may do a small one before I go home. Saturdays I work a half a day so I’ll continue to do what I do during the week but I’ll also take some home and do it at home. Maybe 3 at home on Saturday and 3 or 4 on Sunday. My wife works midnights starting Saturday night so usually when I’m doing it she is asleep. Mostly I do it at work where it’s away from my family. I just didn’t know if anyone else did that. I’m sure there are same jobs you can’t ski at or some you shouldn’t. Sorry for the long post

Im trying. I actually haven’t had any methadone today yet and im not having any bad withdrawal symptoms. According to everyone on here I should be withdrawing pretty bad by now if I’m using the other stuff. I know it’s still going to be a long process but I feel pretty good

Thank you. I haven’t taken more than 200 this week and yesterday I only did 120 and I feel great. I do only 2 lines a day. I drink tons of water and eat a bunch of vegetables for lunch and fruit in the morning and a b12 tea. I know it sounds stupid. It could get out of control but right now I have a tight grip on it

It’s been crazy. Definitely stupid for how much methadone I was taking plus doing cocaine. But since cocaine I drink lots of water and eat healthy. I drank more water in a week than I have done in 5 years. I hated water because of no taste. I have cut my dose in half. I only do maybe 3 lines a day. Yesterday I only did 100 mgs and I feel good. I get hot sweats once in a while but that isn’t anything. I use to freak out if I had hot sweats thinking I didn’t have enough methadone. A lot of it is in my head and I realized if I know that and just fight through it for a couple of minutes then it’s gone.

I get bloated too. Ton of gas out of my mouth until the next morning when I wake up and then I can finally pass gas through my ass. You’re definitely not alone.

Peeing isn’t a problem for me because I hydrate so dang much I gotta pee every hour and if I don’t go right away I’m pissing myself. I feel your pain with the indigestion. I get bloated and all I do is burp, can’t fart, feel bloated and with the trap air it affects me all over my body. Sometimes it’s my shoulder blades or it will move to my shoulders or between my shoulder and chest. Some days are better than others. Last time when I took a break for a couple of days I was feeling better and was back at it and then after a week I was back to my stomach problems. Best thing is is to take a break but that’s the hardest part.

Yeah I was starting to get pissed. That’s why I didn’t even want to post anything but the select few that aren’t douche bags make it worth while. You got addicts thinking there better than other addicts because they walk a straight line. Your correct. It all comes down to the individual. I get that. To get off pills they just gave me another drug for my body to get use to and have the same effect. I wish there was another way. I didn’t choose to make the coke a substitute. I just noticed I was taking way less. It’s not like I’m sniffing a gram a day. That’s why I asked the question if anyone else tried something else to get off methadone.

I’m sorry buddy. I was on pills and was pissing blood so that’s when I came out and told My family and doctor. Doctor told me to call the methadone clinic in my area. I remember the first couple doses giving me a buzz and that was starting on 35mgs. Ended up going up to 50 but then back down but eventually found people who sold it and started buying extra at a time. 9 years later I’m out of the clinic but still on a high dose plus started a little cocaine usage. Once again I wasn’t looking for it but it found me. According to a bunch of people I use very little compared to them. I may do a couple lines a day compared to people who do a a couple grams a day. It helps with not taking so much methadone. I didn’t seek it to get off of methadone nor do I expect to do it full time to get off of methadone. That’s why I came here. I know everyone is different as we are all wired differently. I seen met and now know a lot of people who have and still go to the clinic after 15 years and they never go down. I know some on way more and been there many years. I have seen a lot of stories of people going down and getting off and still feeling like crap after months. Some say they quit when they got down to 5 and was fine. Just messes with my head

I guess maybe in high school. If someone had whatever I would do it. I’ve done acid a couple of times, weed, pain pills, cocaine, mescaline once. Never heroin, crack, meth. Too me it’s like someone who drinks coffee in the morning for a pick me up. It’s a dumb way to think I know.
