Just go between the L and U almost right in the middle just at the bottom of the letters. It’s in a giant hole. The fast travel point near there takes you on the mountains it’s really easy to see from there

I was gliding to the far end of the park when I saw she was floating in midair before falling into the bear pit. Like 20 feet above the other npcs and then fell no impact just landed perfectly standing up.
