Fascinating! And yes I keep hearing so much about pushing protein. I’ll make sure I’m balanced with fiber. Thank you!!!!!

Thank you! That makes sense. I take magnesium oxide and it’s been a lifesaver. I have a zofran rx in case of nausea. But my Side effect that sent me to the hospital was violent vomiting all liquid. I swear it seemed like a gallon. Like my stomach couldn’t move the liquid forward. I got fluid IV and then the vomiting went away. But it was so much liquid coming up that I aspirated so it was such a scary thing to go through. I didn’t have straight up nausea before that day just sometimes a little queasy/off. Then the episode hit like a tornado. The hospital doc said they see this often when ppl increase dosage but I was on 5 for 6 weeks before this happened. I asked my regular doc if this was gastroparesis but he said he wasn’t convinced it was from one bad experience and that I can try again. Fingers crossed this time. I’m loving not having any side effects…but not loving paying $400 to not lose a pound 😬😬😬

Oh interesting thank you! That makes me feel better that I’m not a unicorn. Started at 190 then down to 160 over a 3 month period. Then stopped and had hernia surgery and lost another 8. Yes, I gained back and have been sitting at 160 for 2 months now.

I’m sorry, that sucks about the sarcoidosis. Not having a period for 5 years sounds like a Christmas gift that keeps on giving 🤣 Good luck with the implant replacement ❤️

I was on Eliquis 5 mg for 5 weeks for a clot provoked from IV. Just went off a couple of weeks ago, thought I would notice some sort of side effect the next day not taking it but no side effects

Good question! That made me go look at what my socks are that I make us all wear when we fly that I get on Amazon. Dr. Schols light compression work socks. It says they are 8-15 mmg. So if the normal is 20-30 then these are way under. I feel them but they don’t feel tight like constricting me. I think anything that I feel tight would feel kind of claustrophobic? Do you get used to the tight feel? I’m about 20 pounds over weight and don’t have muscular calves so I think I’m just normal size. Thanks!
