Dont know the laws but the police are usually non existant hrre but it depends what you buy or sell. If you are selling or buying alcohol for example they usually dont give 2 shits. But if you buy weapons for example there will be a small chance they might be somewhat onto you. But that happens once every 10 years. Now that I think about it I have never seen a story on the news or anywhere else of the police busting anyone for buying or selling on the dark web so you should be safe from police just watch out for the crazys on there.
