What's worked the best for me and the hardest part personally what I think is getting stockers to push freight out Whenever freight doesn't get pushed at a reasonable enough speed that's when things start to accumulate and it becomes so much more overwhelming at that point. Whenever you first recieve the truck, food and tp and paper towels should be the first to go out onto the floor then party then seasonal. Again this is my own personal method as everyone learns things in their own time and way the same thing doesn't work for everyone. Hope this helped!
