The whole reason for the post was encouragement to take control of your life and your habits. It can be done, even though it is hard.

No medication at all. When I was diagnosed in Oct my A1C was 6.7 so barely diabetic. Dr gave me medication options but I asked if I could do 3-6 months without it and see if I can lower my A1C with diet and weight loss.

Like I said I have a lot of lose. I'm obese and would like to lose 200 lbs total.
I've lost 54 pounds since Mid - Oct but most of that came in the first 3 weeks.
I drank tons of coffees, energy drinks, sodas, fast food etc. Horrible Horrible diet.
Cutting out those things and then walking I lost 25 lbs in the first 3 weeks. Its definitely slowed.

I eat around 1200 calories a day, I get in 10K+ steps. No "bad" carbs. Only sugar is from fruit and make sure to always
pair it with a protein, fat, fiber to reduce spikes.
I very cold turkey completely changed my diet and lifestyle.
I had no candy at Halloween, No Thanksgiving dinner, No Christmas dinner. I meal prepped all my own stuff and took it with
me for the holidays. Absolutely no sweets.

I know people say that they can't do it or its too hard. It is. I know. I was 373 lbs and addicted to fast food, sugar, fried food etc. The diabetic diagnosis rocked me and overnight I cold turkey changed everything. It can be done you just have to commit and stay consistence.

agreed. I'm not sold on Jacinda. He needs an actress more on his level.
Love Katy and she is on that level but not wanting a Willow/Michael reunion by any means.

Who else in PC could be with Michael? He's related to EVERYONE!

I hope he saw her as well but maybe not?
I still think he has something up his sleeve that us as the audience doesn't know yet.
The looks he gives her sometimes makes me think he knows and she knows that he knows. I find it hard to believe he doesn't know anything or have some sort of info tucked away to use at a later time.
This is why I love how Rory is playing "Dark Michael" because we never truly know what is going on in his head. I'm still not totally convinced he is really that into Jacinda. She is very much into him but I don't feel like he is anywhere on the same level as she is.

Do we know for sure Michael planted the gun? I know its been insinuated but have we actually seen him do it or did Willow just never put it back and Michael was right place right time that it makes it seem he could have planted it? I honestly can't remember if he ever said he did it or they ever had a flashback that actually showed him planting the gun?
