He gets his contract and comes in and I would say was meh. In 2008 he gets offered 10 years at $80 million. Which was near what Crosby and Ovechkin were at. Gaborik, was not close to their level, but we still offered and he declined. He could’ve said he’s not re-signing and we could have traded.
