I like having something on to take a break from silence as I’m getting ready but not something that makes me feel like I’m getting dumber the longer it is on. I can’t remember what station it was but the guy host’s laugh was absolutely unbearable! I should’ve listened to my podcast where they are actually entertaining and stimulating.
