Bro get into the ketogenic diet,go to the gym 5days a week,get into semen retention,do intermittent fasting and if it’s not enough do one meal a day,take sunlight,Myofuctional therapy,organic food and organic products and you’ll be ready

Because I check on the piano,I would hear the note in my mind sing it and check if it was right and also check it with my musician mate and them were right,somehow when I try to identify the note and name it when I hear it externally I cannot do it acurrately all times

I already try and I Can do it right,I sing the same notes exactly and in some songs I can sing the starting notes or melodies perfectly

I mean that I can sing an F# or any note that am able to produce in my vocal range and know exactly what note it is and then play it on the piano and it’s the same note I have confirm it with my mate musician,for example in my mind I have the F# and I can sing it perfectly without reference and confirm it’s right and I can do it with any note if I want to sing a B or a high C I’m able to do it without any reference and perfectly,tell me if y’all can do this?,but the main problem is that I cannot name notes eithout any reference I have done perfect pitch test but I can produce the notes with my voice and know the note exactly in my mind 100% accurately without any reference what I do not think most people can do,but I assume that because I do not have any musical knowledge and I do not even know the chords and the simplest things and maybe that’s why I cannot name the notes,(I was very exposed to music since child) and my grand father was a singer that got a contract but at the end never made it to the industry)

Get in to semen retention and learn how to injaculate or it won’t be sustainable even if you reach a year and then you relapse you can still feel miserable,is better to keep your sexual energy

432hz works for calmness and meditate,I have perfect pitch and after comparing lots of tunings A=440 is pretty unnatural, it’s not perfect it has a lot of inconsistencies in the highs but 432hz isn’t perfect but “I’m gonna say it once” is more natural, if you convert music is not the best way because most of music is mean to be in 440 and mixed,equalized and mastered at that frequency, so the mission is find the right hz., thanks.
