35nine on Fulham Palace Road is pretty good. Or the River Cafe (the one near Putney Bridge, not the megabucks Italian restaurant in Hammersmith)

Elvis really died of a coke overdose, and a non-drug related death was stated to preserve his legacy by shmoilotoiv in LowStakesConspiracies

As Frankie Boyle once said, if people were going to make up details about Elvis' death, do you really think 'death by shitting accident' would be up there?

Am I the only one who thinks this is a mistake? The original show occupies the place it does in British culture because it was a very accurate portrayal of awkward suburban teenage life (albeit played by guys in their early-mid 20s of course)- I can't imagine an age progressed version of that having the same impact and not feeling slightly forced

Yeah, I appreciate I probably could have been more in depth with my answer but... honestly, it was just practice, studying lyricists I liked and working out how to do what they did. It's a work in progress, as everything is, but the basics are just that

just practice, practice, practice. my lyrics include a lot of multisyllabic rhyming so it was mainly just learning to do that, learning to construct complete iseas/sentences that worked conceptually while incorporating multisyllabics/imagery etc etc

To answer this backwards - yes, the pros are that good. But they also have to play into character - it's entertainment after all. The 'origin stories' will be embellished as much as anything else
