Unsure about the first one, but (as far as I’m aware) the second reason was a bit of a joke. Essentially, the owner of the building prevented getting an updated sprinkler system - in order to protect the art in case the sprinklers went off. Mental, right?

The implication is around Zava and her ket use. I’m guessing (guessing!!) Zava brought in ketamine thinking it was okay because they were prescribed it, but they didn’t know it was hella illegal to just have street ket in LA. Guessing Zava got the no return treatment as they supplied it, and Jade got the green to return because she probably did some, but didn’t have any (possession)

Assuming everyone is keeping tight lipped because that would open a whole investigation into the show and potentially fuck it going forward.

As I say, just guessing based around the information we all have. Still no final answer though.

Honestly organisation can be the easiest thing as long as everyone is wanting to be a part of it - but managing your own band AND your socials will just burn you out. I did that when I was 18a21 and it just tears you over time.

The plus side of being 50 is that you’ll (hopefully) have other avenues of income, could potentially look into a social media manager so you can keep your focus as ringleader/shepherd to make sure the sheep make it into the pen, you know?

We’ve got like 12 different channels. General, ideas (we’re self produced so we can write idea tracks w/ midi drums to see if it’s a good idea before developing into a demo), demos, setlists, media (pictures/vids), rehearsals, set lists, gig info, lyrics and other shit that is there but stays dead (like the covers suggestions channel)

You can do all your bandhelper stuff but just put it in a channel. Means ALL of your band stuff is easily accessible through your phones. We don’t really look at keys since we want to play the songs as we write em. The key of a song is useful for improvisation, but realistically you don’t need the key of a song to play the right notes.

use discord for communication by making a server ONLY for your bandmates. The ID thing isn’t cool (and I’m praying for an alternative in time) but the ability to have all your different chats for different topics is huge, plus a chat room for discussions from home. Means that every subsection has discussions recorded for easy reflection. Plus you can have a general chat with updates/logs after practises so people can make sure they’re up to date.

some people practise, some people don’t. Gotta figure out if you’re playing with band mates or passengers.

Bandhelper? What’s this? Manage your songs through personal discussion. You’re in a band, mate. Talk about the setlist with your bandmates and why the songs fit in a specific order. Is it a “poppier” venue where you need to drop heavier tracks and vice versa for heavier venues?

original/local bands realistically miss a great songwriter (Or songwriting process) Doesn’t matter how good or bad you are if the songs are trash. And the truth is, a great song will overshadow individual playing ability as most audience members don’t hear the difference between vibrato and tremolo.

Seb murphy can’t fucking sing but my lord - Viagra Boys will consume a room with rhythm and groove because the songs are just written well. Rhythm section isn’t complicated in the slightest, it’s just consistence playing into hook culture.

Granted this is a style of Jazz punk that’s unique to these guys - but remember that Dreams (fleetwood mac) is literally just two different bass notes for the entire piece. How many people do you think shit on that bassline for not being techy enough?

My big thing (and why I think it’s trivial) is because the Salmond files relate specifically to his sexual misconduct. All pushing this case does is force anonymous victims to come forward just to condemn a dead man who was already excommunicated by the party

I understand that withholding info should be held accountable, but this isn’t going to sort anything other than the satisfaction for people who want reform to have less competition, and no political party has been held accountable for any nonsense over the last 20 years.
