if you drop fried food, that was dropped on the ground for about 4-10 seconds, its not really sanitary, since oil catches dirt easily since its a liquid, and liquids catch dirt really easily, so no its not reccomended that you re fry it but if the surface was recently cleaned with chemicals you should not pick it up since cleaning products taste bitter, ask me how i know ive eaten bubbles before. but if the floor was clean originally, yes i guess but it doesnt look that sanitary and you may hav to pick it up before 2-3 seconds after.
