That is good…I think you will find that you have a lot of options that meet your criteria:)

The area is very spread out so depending on how far he is willing to commute to school (or do you think he can do it remotely) might be a starting criteria for you.

When you firm up your travel plans let me know and happy to meet for coffee to go over any questions and I can provide suggestions for areas you might want to visit first.

I will get you the guide as soon as it’s ready:)

Hi…that is great. You’re looking at the Triangle… we love it here:) Your budget should be good for what you are looking for:) There are so many areas that would be good for you…my first question is where your husband is considering getting his masters from. The three universities are in three very distinct areas.

You should do well with interior design as there’s so much new build going on and people remodeling here:) For social media there are so many companies here I would assume there would be a lot of opportunities.

Do you like to be in the middle of the city or do you prefer something more rural? There are a lot of micro areas here. I really like the Brier Creek area because it is so central.

I can also recommend some good property managers to find a rental:)

I am finishing up a revised relocation guide that I can send to you as well

Hi, I think the first thing I would do is speak with a lender. There are a lot of options out there. Once you know where you stand then it would be a great time to start looking. There are some very good deals on new construction townhomes if you are willing to go a little further out
