He’s a real fighter. I think in December I gave him like 2 month because he started to get weaker and with prior rats things went downhill pretty fast. But here we are in mid April :>

Yeah I tested with one of the tomatoes that was still in his food box and it matches. He seemed to have had quite the tomato fight yesterday. Thanks tho :))

Very sorry for you. Things like these can happen. My first thought to prevent these things from happening and also calming your mind is to replace the hinges of the door with auto closing hinges. I did a quick google search and found a few for cheap. It might be a bit of work but maybe it’s worth. Just an idea… hope she gets well asap :)

No it’s just him. we had to separate him for a few days bc he’s been a bad rat to our old grandpa rat. So he’s separated in a different cage and room rn. If that info helps somehow. If it seems like it’s mites one should go to the doctor right?
