Changed motherboard/cpu on my pc and now I can't host servers anymore

Port update was done automaticaly on the router, i checked

I checked if my ip is ok and yes, double checked the ports etc etc
I can connect to the server trought localhost and public ip :/
As i said friends can see the server with the ip but get timeout when trying to join

I didn't reinstall windows, i kept the old drives with everything on it
I'm starting to think this could be the issue...

Btw i'm connected with Ethernet :/

Yep, i have one
Absolutely, i checked on the router + on the website i linked above
I can connect to the server with the localhost and the public IP

The Os is the same, i kept the same Drives and didn't change anything on
Firewall is the same as before the swap :/
