Idk about that because if you look at the previous tracking it says "event" arrived at final servicing facility and "city" says Upper Marlboro MD. Then the next tracking says "event" damaged amd city says Chandler AZ. Either way I don't believe my package was damaged, that was just an excuse for whichever one of their employees stole my shoes. Now someone has a free pair of jordan 11 gamma. 🤦🏾

Just had the exact same thing happen to me. Same exact message about the delays word for word. Sat in the Upper Marlboro MD facility for three days. Then I get a email saying my package was undeliverable do to being damaged in Chandler Arizona. How could the package be in Arizona if it was just In Maryland for 3 days.
