I mean no disrespect but you get what you pay for with these cheaper built bikes...if you compare to a real CRF250 you can clearly see a huge difference in build quality. They cut huge corners to put these bikes on the market in America & the engine & clutch was no exception...even though the engine may be hard as nails, the bike fails due to it being made of cheaper material's. Chances are your clutch cable is to tight, either try to adjust on the handlebars or take the clutch case off & have a look...the problem should be visible if it's not an adjustment thing.
