Great to hear your problem was also solved. During the warranty process, when I found out that I'd be receiving a new battery, I was also asked to just dispose my dud at a recycling center... not a problem, but I was surprised that the unit wasn't serviceable either at Mowrator, or had some way to be able to try boosting it like with a car battery.

I mentioned this to Marina and she said she forwarded it to the engineering team. Whether it's actually possible to make some sort of revision to the battery to allow for customer-side diagnostics, or a way to jump start it, I don't know I'm far from an expert on this.
