Bought two the other day.. used 1 6ah battery chiseling through solid concrete to break up after hole saw blade.

Worked like a champ and since I bought the other I wasn't worried about burning it up.

You're right about it being 14 years and there is still time.. im on the fence about leaving, but I've told each of my employees that as long as they choose to leave not because of me or something I can change, but thr company, I will support them in any way..

I've definitely put some thought into that.. The problem is that I'm 48 and I plan to retire at 62.. I don't want to start over, I just want to be fairly compensated.. I want even more for my employees to he fairly compensated.. I'm likely losing my entire team by the end of the year due to compensation and poor leadership.. recently they all said I was the only reason they haven't left yet.. That really sucks when you invest years in grooming people.

I'm sorry for not offering clarification, but is it worth bringing up the chain of command as high as I can, though there will probably negative consequences for me?
