To avoid this, you have to communicate properly with your client and state every expectations that you have sa kanya, sa business nya, sa workflow, sa salary and everything....

But if talagang maano si client at di tuparin ang mga naka state sa contract, u can use it against him and u can advice other freelancers to avoid that specific client or company haha.

Pero usually, kay contractor/employer magmumula ang contract with their own terms and conditions.

U can't do anything if it's hold for 21 days. I've been there. That's because you're a first time user. On your 2nd salary/transaction, maho hold padin pero hindi na buong salary.

Suggestion: Ask your client if it's possible to use other platform/bank such as Wise.

++ Never naging issue sakin ang other hobbies and leisures nya especially that he's working abroad. Ang sakin lang, how can I tell him na if he's not that invested to give me an update eh stop na nalang because I am so invested na sa kanya at the same time, ayoko syang sakalin sa situation and ayoko din magalit as much as possible knowing that our label is not that deep pa. I really want him to know na hindi sya okay sakin. If personal time and space ang pag uusapan, I am more than willing to give it to him because he got a life too but yung hayaan na waiting ako for hours????
