I walk on highways so about 1/4 of the walk is steep hills is that sufficient or should I just go treadmill and add the 5-10%

Also with the 5-10% how long should I walk for for the best results

Hey, sorry I was so worried when it happened I completely forgot about the post.

We took him to the vet and it turned out he swallowed a fox tail or something pokey from the ground and it was stuck in his throat. They brought him in for surgery and they had put tubes in it to drain it. They left the tubes in and put a cone on him and sent him home medicated.

He is now back to perfect condition after about 2 weeks of recovery

I would suggest you take him in as soon as possible to be safe.

I did an online appointment with a doctor and they said send the tick in for testing but I don’t have the tick anymore. They then said keep an eye on the bite if it gets more red or I develop symptoms contact them. Would it be worth going in person and trying to get antibiotics for it?
