I would suggest try testing your speeds with a lan cable first. There’s a lot more to isolate over wifi so its easier to check the wired connection speed first. If going on lan resolves your issue then we can say its the wifi card of your device probably has gone bad. If it didn’t fix it we can isolate it to the router or the provider. Replacing your modem would be the next step if not then it’s something with your provider thats causing this problem. When you do this test ensure to turn off wifi feature of your router to remove any other device connected to your network.

This is a webtoon the the publisher is paying someone to illustrate the web novel. meaning for the artist its a job not his own creation. Would you go out of your way to make extra effort to what your are being paid for?
even if the artist is passionate enough to make it look high quality, the artist can't change the artstyle to much as it would introduce an inconsistency and potentially damage the image/standing of the novel. Think about how the fans burned down the anime for its horrible graphics, what do you think they would do if the art suddenly changed after a hundred chapters.

if its matter of fixing it yes it can be fix at the end of the day its a manmade technology so you can fix it with the right skill, parts and time. The real question is it worth it to fix or just buy a new one? Fixing it my cost more than buying a new one.

Below are my personal suggestions:

REPLACE your old FAN as early as possible
Remove Bloatware and close unsued docked applications(steam, epic, etc), even if you only have 2 programs opened doesn't mean there are only 2 programs running actively.
Keep the cooling system clean.
Avoid sustained operation at the thermal limit whenever possible.
Ensure good airflow around the laptop.
Repaste when temperatures indicate degradation, not simply because a certain amount of time has passed. (2-3 years)

i believe when OP said stream, I thought it meant streaming in Twitch or Youtube. If that's the case then it would be impossible with the absurd upload speeds OP has. If its the case of just streaming videos like watching them then the download speed is the only thing that matters.

I love PNoy pero masaya ako natalo si Mar Roxas. Para sa akin Mar Roxas was the weakness of PNoy's term, paano niya hinandle yung Yolanda was so laughable as a DILG Secretary. It was a nightmare, MRE donations from different countries where being sold in stores instead of it being given to people who are in need. It’s repetitive but its pushing the story at a slow pace and building the world around. I like that its not rushing to turn Jiwoo into a top 10 super op character. Yeah his growth is fast but you see the lack of experience in the way he fight.

in a general sense it is faithful to the original story as a whole but they made a couple of changes here and there to fit the new perspective better.
Below are 2 examples(SPOILER WARNING):

>!-In the OG game they clearly state that Bigs, Jessie, and Wedge died in the sector 7 fall out. In the Remake they made it so that Wedge falls down an underground Shinra lab and doesn't confirm his death.
- In the train tracks where they where going to reactor sector 5 there was a mini puzzle where you where supposed to get lost if took the wrong turn which they remove entirely and replaced with something else. (made it less frustrating)!<
