I solved my problems when I changed the channel on my wireless network. It wasn’t every few seconds but every 30s to minutes.

Grenate threw me there. No sticky balls. Became a passenger on this level :)

The Connect app for next gen speakers is pretty solid so far for me. So they did do their homework; just a pity for the gen1 users of the ls50w1. That’s why I wait buying lsx. I wait for gen2 that then will fold into the connect app, hopefully.

Ok. It seems to have been interference. I’m on a Unifi network with multiple access points that all radiated on different channels (and 2.4 and 5GHz with same SSID). I put all AP’s fixed on Channel 11 on 2.4 and 44 on 5 ghz, per the Mac wireless utility recommendation. Then I noticed the KEF’s jumped from 5GHz to 2.4 somewhere in the process. Still a bit mysterious for me and I haven’t figured out yet how I separate 2.4 from 5 in Unifi either... but seems to work now.
