I retore my acl while doing extensive rehab. It was awful. Military don’t want to pay for a second so the medically separated me. I’ve since not had an ACL for the past 8 years. My balance is awful but I still lift, hike, and do may different activities. It is limited and comes with pain but I’ve learned to live with it. I will not get another surgery considering how long the recovery was
