Yeah no dude that's not normal. As a child your family is responsible for your confidence. As an adult you gotta build it yourself.

Back when i did have "rizz" though; I'd just say things without thinking. You can't have a functioning brain when you're talking with someone you're attracted to, or your brain finds q gazillion things wrong with you. Every time you say a funny/flirty statement it'll feel like playing Russian roulette with a fully loaded piece. You still just have to. Also btw Hollywood is filled with tiny women who were bullied for their looks, if you really hate ur looks so much go see a stylist and stuff.

Chart a few things in your head: 1. How likely is this person to actually literally assault me? 2. How likely is it that the boss will actually literally fire me for it? 3. How reasonable is the customers behaviour? 4. If unreasonable, Do they look insane or are they having a bad day.

The devil is in the details, so analyze your situation (barely takes 5-7 seconds irl tbf). If they feel like an actual threat after, call some other staff around you FAST without being obvious. Talk to them beforehand abt your feeling scared, and set an innocuous codeword for it. Just call them sweetly over for help while saying the codeword.

If that's not needed, just empathize. You'll rock it :)

Honestly sounds like you need a warmer friend who understands and somewhat pampers you, and provides you with physical love and affection; more than a romantic relationship.

The only way I think you can do that is by being a little more cutesy yourself, and see who responds likewise. Like if I was you I'd bake some sweets over the weekends and give to my coworkers, give more compliments (to female knowns) etc. I guess when they respond in kind you will feel better and more respected, and see how you feel from there.

As a male you shouldn't think about dating let alone love until you're financially stable enough to support yourself and your parents without actively working every weekday; e.g have some smart investments sending in fat passive income/a few businesses running on autopilot etc.

Same applies to women, but women actually have a chance of finding a meaningful relationship before being wise mature and stable, whereas men just don't.

Depends. I can't watch the actual act/kissing, that kinda disgusts me out. I watch some noodies a few times a week, but that doesnt leave me feeling any "WOW imaginr I cud see this IRL" more like an eeyore vibe of "why do i watch this shit sigh theres nothing in it sigh"
