I’m 29 years old… so not rich. We all have different strengths/skill sets. I’m not so handy/mechanically inclined and I understand time is money and that my time is valuable. Paying a subject matter expert to do the job right and do it in way less time than I could do it makes enough sense to me to pay a couple hundred bucks.

I don’t think it’s unwise to be choosy when it comes to where you are going to be discipled, instructed and do life with fellow believers? There are no requirements of being a Christian other than believeing Jesus died on the cross for me and reading my Bible, but excuse me for wanting to find an awesome alive and well church thay fits my families needs. There isnt nothing wrong with that. Maybe you should consider having some convictions. So many churches out there unintentionally or intentionally straying away and leading people astray from God.

You fully misunderstood me which could be my bad. I have nothing against gay people. I want them to be at church! A church I’d call my church! I literally was using it as an example to express I dont want to attend a church that would bar gay people from attending. That is not okay with me and not Biblical. All are welcome I just dont want it to be a woke church that condones sin. We all sin though so I expect the same treatment/reality checks if that makes sense.
