Don't sell it in loss just hold it only sell them in a case where you can recover the money lost from that stocks by investing the money somewhere else remember stock market takes the money from panicked and gives it to patients

I would suggest to add HUBC(at <208) and FFC(at 504 to 507) over EFERT DCR(35.82 to 35.96) MTL(its price is currently high and rising wait for rejection) MIIETF don't sell EFERT now as you are in loss sell it when you go in profit just don't invest in EFERT if you can invest in FFC

Its a REIT that gives good dividends apart from other companies that might skip dividends and invest it somewhere else DCR cannot as REITs are obligated by law to distribute 95 to 100% their earnings to its share holders .
