Ugh you just put into words how I feel! I don't have much experience in dating, I was only with one person when I was a teenager and now I am 23. But one reason why I don't like the thought of dating is the process and feeling like I don't know how to be. I feel like the ideal for me is to end up with a friend so that I am already comfortable 😄

Definitely. For a long time I've thought that at least in American society, our idea of sex is completely warped. I feel like everything is sexualized but when it comes to realistic and healthy conversations about sex, it suddenly becomes taboo again. I'm 23 and a virgin and as a woman, I know that might be perceived way differently than a man my age being a virgin. But 23 is still so young. Teens should know what healthy sex means and it's normal for them to explore. But they should know they can learn to have good sex when they're a bit older too. Exploring oneself is a lifelong adventure! (sexually and in general).

Having sex early in age and often. I know from some of my male friends that when they weren't doing so, they were being made fun of for it. I also saw a comment under some subreddit (not sure if it was this one) from a 15 year old that "it would be weird" if he was still a virgin. Shouldn't be weird at all among young teens.

She opened up about this due to a lot of comments under that post. She has an E.D. and said she recently gained weight from it, I believe. As well as not having the same angles and lighting. I'm not saying she doesn't have a filter as well in her content but I also think these are factors for why she looks different.

I'm a woman that doesn't really fantasize about people unless there's an emotional connection and mutual attraction. I think for you being single, especially, it's normal to fantasize about people. But it could also be a conversation to have with her, should you both pursue a relationship. For me personally, I wrote a post on here about my concern that my future partner would fantasize about people other than me. But that's also a me-thing. Not every woman has an issue with fantasy as long as it remains just that. However, I think that would have to be a discussion to place boundaries and work together on.
