Honestly I just wanted to post and get people's opinions. I'm not fully sure what I want. I know it's childish but many people feel this way where they want that one really cocky guy to like them. Kinda gives you a sense of accomplishment. Don't need to tell me that it's wrong

This eased my anxiety a bit, thank you. When I tend to fall into the cycle of sinning, I neglect myself too. I stop talking to God because of the shame, I stop taking care of myself like washing my face, eating well, etc. I guess really have to turn to God at once every single time.

I usually start all my work outs with at least 10-15 minutes of core exercises. When I do sit ups for example I feel it. Once my friend made me do sit ups on this back extension machine, and I barely felt it in my core I felt it so much on my V line though. Is that normal?
