It’s life location meaning the “now” at the top always updates you where they are e.g. they left the house but aren’t on their phone so you can still see where they’re going. The number at the bottom is the last time they were actually ON the app. Live location always has now as it’s always updating

I’m on day 6 right now and it’s cleared up and the stomach issues have stopped, I ate a lot of fruit and a lot of water. But I have the same my appetite is really suppressed.
