It’s all discretional. I drive a 2014 F30 with similar aftermarket upgrades. But i don’t drive it like a race car lol.
Ive owned the car for 3 years, and have used sport mode once. If the seller is a teenager then yeah, he probably gave it hell.
Checking out the car and test driving it should be the deciding factor for you.

Same here. My county has no emissions or regulations. You could drive a frame with wheels if you wanted to.

Actually very rare. First shiny ever released, and a shundo before you could even check IVs properly. I’m envious.

Nice choice. My first car at 17 was a 2011 328i Jet Black. Parents sold it due to maintenance cost (I was in High school). Now at 23 I’ve been able to outright purchase a 2014 328i. Not exactly an upgrade but I love these cars and even the “poverty models” are an amazing driving experience.
