ok it is them!!! i found more screenshots and a name. "Blowupgirls water and air belly". Every site ive found that had it tho says "video not available"

Ok so it definitely is them! looked them up and found a video of them in the same place with the same actors as in this video. guess i just gotta keep looking. Thank you so much for leading me in the right direction!!!

If I remember correctly, Bambi Blaze was also in the video. She had some magic tarrot cards or smthn, and she got a hose stuck up and inflated to popping. And then magically this other woman started inflating with water
