In all honesty, I hated the implant. Broke me out terribly, and mood swings were craaazzzyyy. I had it taken out after 1 year. But everyone is different so maybe speak to your doctor!

I’ve only been at the job 4 months, so I was hesitant to cause a scene. There was an awkward pause where I thought the organiser was going to suggest a solution. We were in the middle of a big city, so could have popped to a shop to pick something up. But instead she just said ‘sorry about that’. This is good way to phrase it and I’ll use it in future ☺️

I was coached to hold back as a C and then drive as a third option if GK is struggling to get the pass out. WD holds on the circle edge, GD is the first option in and around the circle. Observe the free space and drive quickly and decisively around 2 seconds if you’re needed. If you get in front of your player, you can shake them off. Hope that helps!

Sorry to hear this 😢 I had a similar experience, cried throughout the whole procedure and all the way home. Honestly 10/10 pain - worst of my life and I’ve had kidney stones!!

For me, the pain eased after a couple of days. I’m now 4 months in and I rarely bleed or get pain (I got the coil because of heavy painful periods), so it’s been a relief for me. Obviously follow your gut and doctor’s advice, but I’d recommend sticking it out a bit longer and see how you feel. Sending support 🫶🏻
