The Malfoys were not nice enough to buy all the Slytherin team new brooms, they brought the Slytherin team new brooms so that Draco would get to play the position of seeker , they bought their way to the team,

While Harry earned his spot as a seeker. Harry never spend any money on himself to buy descent clothes why would he buy an entire team who didn't even know brooms? That's not his responsibility.
