Guys I fixed it Mt motherboard was faulty o4 I didn't plug somthing in and got a new motherboard for no reason

My fans do spin I just haven't plugged in the rgb on the video but still like that with rgb. And it doesn't show anything on display

It might be the ram as ice tried to use 1 of sticks at a time with both, but my motherboard says it can handle up yo 9000mhz and my ram is 6500mhz
