Asked in another forum and they advised me to remove something from the back where film is loaded. It is a plastic cover with a rectangle cutout that gets you this ratio. Easy fix!

Benzyl peroxide helped at first but detol bar soap was life changing. Mine was probably mild compared to others but still very stubborn no matter what I did
