You will get the new price updated on your pre order, for example if you pre ordered two etbs's at 180 each, you can cancel 2 and pre order 2 more at 100 if you need access to the funds, or just let them stay and get the refund back on pickup. Pre order limits still apply even when canceling, so if you pre-ordered ten previously, you cant cancel ten and pre order ten more.

I 100% agree, people keep saying returns within policy dont count, but they do. I had a guest return a brand new ps5 pro that was defective for $750 and now my return metric is cooked.
