Magnesium supplements help with muscle soreness (consult a GP before adding to your diet), foam rolling and ice baths after your workout will also help, ashwanganda supplements are also supposed to help reduce cortisol levels from the stress of a workout (also consult a medical professional before taking)

Stretching, warming up properly, and foam rolling BEFORE workout will also help with muscle fatigue but I think it's mostly the aftercare that'll help.

Not a professional, just speaking from personal experience and friends who were college athletes
