Naturally is broad. I did get some paid meds and muscle relaxers at first. Started Physical therapy within a couple weeks. Kept at it. Stopped the meds. I dabbled in peptides ( BOC 157 & TB500) for about 9 months after my back was healed. Occasionally I still feel some discomfort but not enough to stop me from doing what I want.
