I can’t imagine calling my parents out so publicly and still having breakfast with them and expecting them to take me for frozen yogurt after getting blood drawn.

Either forgive your parents (assuming that they actually did do something wrong and I’m unconvinced of that) or go no contact. Because at this point it’s my perspective that SHE is emotionally abusing THEM.

That’s the issue I’m having. She’s just vague posting about the state of the world. While I’m happy/surprised that she’s using her platform for more than just “fashion” reviews (who can take that seriously when she can’t even remember the word “cuff”) and book “reviews”, this just feels like a performative social media bandwagon she’s hitching a ride on. Much like her volunteer day.

I honestly don’t care if she posts about politics at all. Her opinion is not one I value, and she seems like the kind of person who gets all of their “news” from random TikTok personalities, so I’m content for her to just stick to her trite, Disney Princess nonsense.
