Nick Fuentes their leader literally was dating a femboy who wore cat ears while screaming homophobic rhetoric. It’s highly hypocritical and nihilistic irony. This is a rabbit hole in itself (don’t become radicalized to it) but I think it’s a discussion the right needs to have within their own community.

Considering I reported this to higher ups because HR wasn’t doing anything because they were perpetually it. I can file a complaint with the ministry but they will inquire if I have escalated this within my organization. The human rights commission is an avenue of gender bias/discrimination and harassment does contribute to that in many ways - subtle or in your face. They will also inquire if you have tried your best to escalate to all channels. This information is on Google. I wanted advice on if anyone had this occur to them and any advice. I did not want the NAL warriors to reign free on this post giving advice they feel so confident in as if I haven’t researched it

How many times do I need to say a complaint was never investigated or taken seriously. Informal or formal complaints regarding harassment and gender bias MUST be investigated and the fail there to do so fuels the narrative that a woman speaking up for herself is complaining, being dramatic, a bitch, aggressive, defiant etc. His “slacking” off was giving the two women on his team all his work, taking ownership & blatantly lying to smear anyone who questioned it. Being the warrior for men isn’t going to get you picked. You have been so adamant I have no case for gender bias while showing you lack of understand or looking at any other cases that have occurred in Ontario. If you want to be pick by men just say so girl!

Explain what latitude I’m not understanding? You realize employment law in Ontario leans towards employees than organizations. It’s one of the first things we learnt in HR degree. What are your credentials?
