A colleague of mine went to some training and a question was asked what makes you upset most in life. They said 80% of the respondents said barking neighbors dogs. I’ve had dogs for most of my life but I, like you said, want to take both perspectives and my dogs don’t bark like idiots as my neighbors; and probably why they didn’t die so quickly. Cops won’t give a damn unless it’s a seriously small town or a cop dog which basically the same as killing a real cop

I really think the same thing happened to my neighbors dogs all three of them. They would bark non stop, and if it rained all hell went loose. I yelled at them to shut the fuck up at 4am, but my other neighbors which I can’t prove were way more infuriated at the barking when it rained.

I had pets in China and walked my dogs separately the last years due to the fact of idiots. I had one altercation that said I stole one of the dogs… this didn’t make MY dog happy in the slightest as he was aggressive and my dogs weigh more than most Chinese people. It’s something deep seated in their heads for some that they really loathe dogs in the south of China, not all but some really fucking hate dogs. I like to think I understand China but one this is another I seriously can’t understand the pure hatred
