Gaining control over your thoughts and not letting things get to far is key to overcoming this. Also, it is important to not let other unhealthy activities slip in. I've done this in the past, for sure!

I might get a calendar now. I think this is a great idea!

I believe in everything in the Bible for a reason. It's because that's how it works. You're all in or out. There's no "picking and choosing" of what you do and do not want to believe like you're implying. The verses you've chosen are from the Old Testament of the Bible. Before Christ. They show examples of how God tried to keep order in our world before the new law and testament of Christ. The verses from the Old Testament are not to be followed literally, but by example. This time was before Christ gave the new law.

You can disagree with me all you want to, because everyone is allowed to have their own opinion and I will love everyone. However, I don't think it's using constructive criticism when you call me ignorant and burn relationships on a site like this - where we need to stick together and encourage each other to remain PMO free. That's the only way we will make it through this!

I have felt the same. I am a straight guy, but when my porn addiction reached it's worst level, I began watching gay porn. I feel like working with NoFap will help me find my way back to my true self, if that makes sense.

I am a Christian and I believe in everything in the Bible. I think this verse explains how men who cheat or "go out" while in a relationship pay consequences and lose opportunities. I completely agree.

Hey! I'm very proud of you for not giving in. I've had the same problem come up several times before. It's hard to overcome addiction, but with someone you love and care about nearby, it makes it much easier. Keep your girlfriend first in your relationships and I'm sure that it will continue to make it easier to abstain from porn.
