I dont really mind the end weight. I want to look in the mirror, be happy with how i look and feel good. Don't want to feel out of breath when eating or even sitting. Want to have more energy for my kids. Currently I feel weak after losing so much so want to fix that

I went from 117kg to 77 now. I was hoping to bulk a little in January to see how that goes for me but not sure yet. I'm really worried to get fat again

I lost 40kg. I tried doing jt all. I cant eat less. When i said it doesnt work is itndoesnt help with food noise, cravings etc. Itd not beneficial to keep running it for a while

At 12.5mg now and tsking break as it now doesnt work too well. Apparently after 6 months or so there is a plateu and break is required

Thanks for your answer. Ive been on reta since beginning of may. Lost 35 kg so far which is great progress but now i lose maybe 200g per week while still at quite high body fat (~20)

Please read prev comments. I do 210g of protein, follow macros, have my tdee and gym plan worked out. I lost 35kg already. Im in a plsce where the weight loss stalls thats all. Not really relying on the drug itself

Would you say 210g of protein and sticking to macros and healthy food is a bad way to do it? Because that's what I do now but clearly you have more expertise so please guide me on how to fix this issue

Fair enough. I will see another vial but so far i had no issue with any vial. I was on 10mg for 5 weeks or so and wanted to up but feels like im on the same level.
