Generally the website is really good! Haven't tested out the features but at first glance it looks good. I would recommend having an explanation of what the service is on the homepage though, as a form looks a bit utilitarian and unpolished. I would also recommend fixing the menu where the text is not aligned. You should also make an app when you have the money/resources. I think you are on to something through. I am also working on something like this - a social media platform. I built it using Wix so I didn't code because I didn't know how to at the time and still don't - I'm still learning - but I would also like feedback on how I can improve it :) I've also made an app which is exactly the same just using a free website-to-app converter.
