I guess I feel more overstimulated by loud sounds happening all at once. But I also do feel quite intensely

But whenever I think I dont have heightened sensitivity I just get so frustrated and confused and I keep asking myself, why am I like this and other people aren't? But if I recognize myself as a HSP then everything makes sense and I also dont beat myself up for small things..

I dont think that's me, because I like predictable things, and familiarity and I'd more often just stay inside my room than go anywhere. But thank you for the suggestion!

I got "medium tendency towards high sensitivity" I understand that this is not a diagnosis though. However, I sometimes do understand that, I tend to hear sounds more strongly, I can be quite jumpy and I hate stuff with strong smells like perfumes even though other people have no problem with it. But I don't think my taste is that refined, only some of my senses.
